Hello everyone,
Roasted potatoes that are melting in your mouth are a great potato dish that is extremely simple to make. It also gives you lots of options to personalize it and make it a meal that suits your family. You can add in vegetables, chicken, or steak for an extra flavor kick. Roasted potatoes are a great side dish for just about anything and really come together quickly if you follow the step-by-step instructions below.
This is pretty self-explanatory. Put the potatoes in a bowl or pot and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. Drain and let the potatoes cool for about 2 minutes. In a separate bowl, add seasoning to your liking. We recommend using olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and coriander leaves. After adding the butter mixture, toss the potatoes to coat them. Cook for 10 minutes at 450 °F/225 °C, then turn them over and cook for another 10 minutes.
You can also put in more seasonings like parsley or thyme. Also, you can add in vegetables like onions or whatever else you’d like. We truly hope that you enjoy it as much as we do, and we encourage you to feel free to discuss it with your loved ones as well as your friends.
